A content creator whose inspirational wake-up message becomes the featured “first sound of the day” or "the first spoken message of the day" and for 10,000 paid AWAKEN App users will get the following rewards:
  • At the established rate of $0.012 USD per eligible play, that creator would earn approximately $120 per day in Membership Rewards.
  • Over the course of a 30-day month, that amounts to roughly $3,600 USD per month
  • On an annualized basis that amounts to roughly $43,200 USD per year

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms under which the Creator may upload and distribute their original audio content — including spoken word, music, or sound-based material — within the AWAKEN App, an initiative designed to promote harmony, coherence, and global connection through sound, frequency, and intention.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • a. All intellectual property rights in the Creator’s original work remain solely with the Creator.
  • b. By submitting content, the Creator grants AWAKEN Global Technologies Inc. a non-exclusive, global license to host, feature, promote, and distribute their content within the AWAKEN App and affiliated media platforms, for as long as the content remains active on the platform.
  • c. This license is revocable by the Creator at any time upon 30 days’ written notice, allowing AWAKEN to remove the content from active use.

3. Non-Exclusivity

Nothing in this Agreement restricts the Creator from publishing, licensing, or monetizing their content on other platforms or media. The Creator retains the right to distribute their work independently or with other entities.

4. Content Review and Approval

5. Audience Selection and Access

  • a. The Creator may specify audience visibility preferences within the App, choosing to make content available to:
  •  • Individual listeners
  •  • Specific groups curated by the Creator
  •  • The entire AWAKEN global user base
  • b. The Creator may also create and manage private or public groups for content sharing and community engagement.

6. Compensation Structure

  • a. The Creator will receive $0.012 USD per eligible play of their content when used as the initial morning “AWAKEN message” by a paid subscriber.
    b. An eligible play is defined as a verified, user-triggered full playback of the Creator’s content as part of a subscriber’s initial wake-up sequence within a 24-hour period. Previews, tests, or partial plays are excluded.
    c. Regional Adjustments: Compensation rates may vary based on local subscription pricing in lower-income regions to ensure global accessibility and fairness.

7. Payout Terms

  • a. Payouts will occur on the last day of each month for all eligible plays generated in the previous calendar month, provided that:
  •  1.  The Creator’s account remains active and in good standing; and
  •  2. The Creator’s accumulated royalties have reached the minimum payout threshold of $200 USD.
  • b. Balances below $200 will continue to accrue until the threshold is met.
  • c. Payment Method: Payouts are processed through AWAKEN’s integrated system (e.g., PayPal, or equivalent). Creators are responsible for any applicable processing fees, currency conversions, or taxes.

8. Taxes

  • The Creator is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, federal, or international taxes on earnings from AWAKEN. AWAKEN will not withhold or remit taxes on the Creator’s behalf unless required by law.

9. Data, Analytics, and Dashboard Visibility

  • a. The Creator will have access to a personal dashboard displaying:
  •  • Daily eligible plays and audience data
  •  • Earnings summary and payout history
  •  • Content performance metrics by region or group
  • b. Data is collected and presented transparently and securely, in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA and GDPR.
  • c. AWAKEN will not sell or share Creator data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Attribution and Promotion

  • a. The Creator will receive full credit for all content published within the AWAKEN App.
  • b. Each content listing will include clickable promotional links to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or other designated web links for visibility and discovery.
  • c. AWAKEN may also feature Creator content in curated playlists, global campaigns, or social promotions with appropriate attribution.​​​​​​​

11. Account Activity Requirement

​​​​​​The Creator’s account must remain active to qualify for ongoing participation and payouts. Inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts are not eligible for royalty payments until reinstated.

12. Dispute Resolution

​​​​​​In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, and the outcome will be final and binding.

13. Program Continuity

​​​​​​IAWAKEN may enhance or modify the compensation structure over time — including the introduction of tokenized royalties, creator bonuses, or new payout models — while maintaining fair and transparent compensation for all creators.

14. Relationship of Parties

​​​​​​This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Creator and AWAKEN. The Creator acts as an independent contributor.

15. Governing Law

​​​​​​This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Acceptance

​​​​​​By  digital acceptance within the AWAKEN App, the Creator confirms understanding and agreement to all terms of the AWAKEN App Content Creator Rewards Agreement.
