A Member who introduces 10,000 new Premium subscribers to the AWAKEN App through their personal referral link.
At the Premium membership rate of $8.99 USD, and a 15% first-level Membership Reward, the Member would earn:
$1.35 USD per referred subscriber
For 10,000 Premium Members, that equals $13,485 USD in referral rewards for the initial month of conversion.
If those subscribers remain active and renew monthly, the Member could continue earning approximately $13.485 per month, resulting in an annual potential of about $161,820 USD from first-level referrals alone.
If each of those 10,000 members referred just one additional subscriber (creating a second-level network of 10,000 new users), the original referrer would also earn 3% on the second-tier, equal to $0.27 per user, or an additional $2,697 USD per month.
Combined, that’s a potential $16,182 USD per month, or approximately $194,184 USD per year, in Membership Rewards for helping grow a global movement of Premium AWAKEN users.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AWAKEN Global Technologies Inc. (“AWAKEN”) and the digitally registered App User (“Member”) upon the Member’s acceptance within the AWAKEN App or related registration portal.

- This Agreement applies to all active users holding one of the following membership types within the AWAKEN App ecosystem:
- Founding Member
- Basic Member
- Premium Member
- Legacy Member

a. The Referral Program operates on a Two-Tier Reward System as follows:
- First-Level Referral: The Member earns 15% Membership Rewards for direct referrals who join using the Member’s unique referral link or code.
- Second-Level Referral: The Member earns 3% Membership Rewards for indirect referrals — those who join through direct referrals made by the Member’s first-level referrals.
b. Membership Rewards are calculated based on the eligible transaction value of new or renewed membership purchases, upgrades, or equivalent qualifying actions within the AWAKEN App.
c. All referral activity and conversions will be visible in real time within the Member’s personal dashboard, including:
• Referral tracking (Level 1 and Level 2)
• Conversion and transaction details
• Accumulated reward balance
• Payout and status summaries

To participate in the Referral Program, the Member must:
Inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts are not eligible for Membership Rewards or payouts.
- - Maintain an active and valid AWAKEN account in good standing;
- - Comply with all membership and community standards of the AWAKEN App;
- - Avoid spam, misrepresentation, or deceptive referral practices;
- - Promote AWAKEN with authenticity, integrity, and alignment with its mission.
Inactive, suspended, or terminated accounts are not eligible for Membership Rewards or payouts.

5. Payment and Payout Terms
a. Membership Rewards are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and accrue in the Member’s in-app account balance.
b. Payouts will occur on the last day of each month for all eligible conversions completed in the previous calendar month, provided that:
1. The Member’s account remains active and in good standing; and
2. The Member’s accumulated balance has reached the minimum payout threshold of $200 USD.
c. Rewards below the $200 minimum will continue to accrue until the threshold is reached in a future cycle.
d. Payment Method: Payouts will be made via AWAKEN’s integrated payment system (PayPal, or equivalent processor). Members are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, exchange rates, or local taxes.
e. AWAKEN reserves the right to audit referral activity and withhold, delay, or reverse rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or inaccuracy.

AWAKEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s participation at any time for:
- Breach of this Agreement;
- Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading activity;
- Misrepresentation of AWAKEN or misuse of referral tools.
Upon termination or account deactivation, unpaid rewards may be forfeited if earned through ineligible or inactive accounts.

12. Dispute Resolution
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, and the decision shall be final and binding.
